The Warm Line & Peer Crisis Support Phone services provide non-crisis and crisis live support from a recovery and peer informed perspective. They are serviced by individuals with lived experience with mental health concerns, addiction, and/or trauma.

Our Sexual Violence Crisis Line operates 24-hours a day, every day of the year. We have well-trained staff and volunteers to respond to all calls with care, sensitivity, non-judgement and compassion. We receive thousands of phone calls a year. All calls are strictly confidential.

Counselors are available 24/7 to take calls and texts from women in crisis to immediately assess the level of danger and take appropriate action. The crisis line is a critical first step for women experiencing abuse, and we ensure that every single call or text for help is answered.
